President Bobb has served in the fire service for the past 22 years, starting in October of 2002 after he graduated from Doane University with a Batchelor’s of Arts degree emphasizing in Sports Medicine and Sociology. Soon after graduation he joined the Wheat Ridge Fire Department. He served a total of 13 years both as a Volunteer and Career Firefighter/EMT. He is currently a Reserve Firefighter/EMT with the South Adams County Fire Department and has been for the last 11 years. President Bobb was a member of the Executive Board for the Colorado State Fire Fighter’s Association (CSFFA) from 2012 - 2022 and was the Board’s President from 2016-2021. He is proud to be back in the same role as the President for the 2024-2025 year. President Bobb is the longest tenured President in the organization’s history. President Bobb was instrumental as one of the founding members and as the founding President of the Colorado State Fire Fighter’s Foundation (CSFFF), an organization that is a 501C3 organization that represents the values and mission statement of the CSFFA in representing ALL FIREFIGHTERS in the state of Colorado, this includes Career and Volunteers alike. This organization has been instrumental since its founding in 2016 for providing funding for training and firefighter assistance across the state of Colorado. President Bobb was recently selected to again sit on the CSFFF Executive Board. Aside from the fire service, President Bobb is a 20-year Safety Professional holding a managerial title for a large construction firm, he is actively engaged and holds multiple leadership roles in professional organizations related to large commercial construction and the safety profession. | Joshua Bobb |

As a second generation Fire Fighter with Holyoke Volunteer Fire Department, and a volunteer with Merino Volunteer Fire Department since 2006, (Lieutenant since 2016) Chad proves to thrive wherever he goes. He has been voted Firefighter of the Year in Merino three times, and brings a lot to the table! Married to his wife Peg for over 20 years, they have created a beautiful family including three adult daughters as well as two grandsons and three granddaughters. In his spare time, he enjoys wood working, motorcycle riding, hunting, target shooting, and sewing blankets for his family and friends. Ryan Haynie is a 22-year veteran of the fire service. He is a member of the Del Norte Fire Department in Del Norte, Colorado. Ryan currently is the secretary of the department and has served in that capacity for 12 years. Ryan is very active in his community having worked as an EMT for 12 years as well as serving on the local school board for 8 years (2012-2019). Ryan is the President of the San Luis Valley Hazardous Substance Board. Ryan also officiates high school football and basketball. Ryan owns his own produce brokerage company with his father selling potatoes, onions, pinto beans, and rice to customers in the United States as well as Mexico. Ryan represents the Colorado State Fire Fighters Association on the Colorado Fire Commission working on the Recruitment and Retention committee and is President of the Colorado State Fire Fighters Foundation. Ryan and his wife Tammy have 3 children: Preston (21), Kayleigh (17) and Blain (9). In his spare time Ryan enjoys going to the lake with his family on their boat as well as playing golf. | Ryan Haynie |
